TheHype Moneybird Admin is an internal administration dashboard used to process business bookkeeping information for TheHype and related business activities. The application connects to Moneybird and, when explicitly authorized, to a Gmail mailbox to find invoice and receipt evidence for bookkeeping.

Information We Access

When Gmail access is enabled, the application requests read-only access to Gmail. It uses this access to search for messages and attachments that look like invoices, receipts, VAT documents, or other bookkeeping evidence. The application does not request permission to send, delete, or modify Gmail messages.

The dashboard may process message metadata, sender information, subject lines, attachment names, dates, and invoice-related attachment content when needed for bookkeeping review.

How We Use Information

Information is used only to support bookkeeping workflows, including matching business expenses to invoices, preparing review tasks, and keeping an audit trail for administrative decisions.

Private or unrelated messages are filtered out where possible and should not be written to Moneybird as business expenses.

Sharing and Storage

Data may be stored in the application database and in Moneybird where it is necessary for administration. We do not sell personal data. Access is limited to authorized administrative users.

Google API Data

The application uses Google API data only for read-only bookkeeping evidence discovery. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
